I struggle with running and losing weight. Running outdoors I seem to always catch my breath and can’t get it back, I do better indoors on a treadmill but it is so boring.
I’ve been going to weekly yoga with an instructor who knows me and my asthma. It is going well and my body shape is tightening up. For me finding the right exercise for me has been the best way. (It still bothers me tho when my sisters are off doing half marathons tho and I can’t run to the end of my road )
Hi, I decided I needed to get fit 2years ago. I struggle running due to dodgy knees so I tried riding a bike. It has been good for the asthma, peak flow has gone up and triggers have less effect. It has taken a long time and perseverance but I feel much better and would recommend exercise to everyone. As a precaution I always take some ventolin before setting off.
