Something else then mask ?

Hello everyone, I am kind of new here. I was wondering if you could help me. I am looking for some another solution then mask to protect my respiratory tract. I am kind of shy go out with a mask, and before the season will start I would prefer to be ready. Do you know about some another solution?

Sorry I am confused. Why would you need to wear a mask? Do you have asthma? Are you talking about hay fever?

You could try putting vaseline in your nostrils.

You could wear a light scarf and cover your nose and mouth with it, or get some antihistamine sprays..if it's Hayes fever.

I would recommend a steroid nasal spray, antihistamines, eye drops and sun glasses. Plus the suggest Vaseline on the nose.
