What kind of cramps were you getting? Stomach, leg? Thanks. I'm glad it's working.

I’ve been getting cramp in my feet, calves and recently my hands, which was alarming as I was driving at the time. I’ve been wondering if the Fostair was to blame and my suspicion is that it is.

I don’t like to be the bearer of bad news, but I’ve just read an article somewhere which says that cramps are caused by some sort of neurological deficit and bananas ( potassium) won’t help. 😔 But I think I might ignore that.
