Does anyone use a powerbreathe device to improve their exercise induced asthma? Had it helped their fitness levels and breathing during exercise? Thanks

I don't know, and I am only joining the debate, to be in the thread

There is 1 tiny clinical trail from Brazil that shows a benefit, it would appear for all intense and purpose it does nothing.

This device has been around for many years, if there were a measurable improvement it would be used by everyone and groups supporting asthma would be running clinical trials and recommending it.
