Antihistamine for Aczema Child age 5yo.

Good Day, I would like to seek some feedback about antihistamine for aczema.

My 5 yo daughter has been prescribed antihistamine for 1 month. Is antihistamine safe to be consumed for 1 month continuously for 1 month? She has extremely low tolerance on Dust mites and after taking this pills for a day, thank God the itchiness stop.
