Sirdupla is it working?

Is there anyway of knowing if your inhaler is dosing properly? Sidupla has a noticable taste but recently I've noticed that I don't always get the taste when I take my inhaler.

This concides with recently, after months of being well controlled, ive noticed my asthma getting worse again.

If I spray, I can see the dose but this doesn't confirm that it's actually dosing properly. I use and clean my inhaler as per instructions with a spacer.

I've just read that a spacer shouldn't be used with sirdupla unless it is an Aerochamber so maybe that's why. I have been using it with a spacer too and didn't realise this. Hope that helps. Happy Christmas!
