“Medication” spammer restricted and post deleted

Sorry about that - just saw this. I’m meeting health unlocked next month and I’ll ask about whether whether this sort of spam can be automatically stopped. I suspect it might be tricky as quite genuine posts on other forums might get swept up by the relevant algorithms.
