Can I take 2 puffs of relvar 92/22 instead of one of 184/22 - my asthma is up and down all the time and my GP agreed to prescribe only one of them

I think you ought to check with your Asthma Nurse or GP
Agreeing with Asthma-girl. You need to discuss this with your GP or Asthma Nurse. It is important that any decisions made concerning your medication are agreed between you and the medical team who issued them in the first place.
You should definitely check with your GP or asthma nurse.
Speaking generally, you will find that doubling up like this would normally be advised against.
Your Relvar inhaler is made up of two components 92 refers to the dose of ICS which is the preventative component. 22 refers to the dose of LABA which is a long acting (24 hours in Relvar) reliever.
It is often the LABA component that causes side effects such as increased heart rate and most approaches to treatment are to increase the dose of ICS rather than LABA if asthma is not controlled (hence why the 184/22 Relvar has the same dose of LABA).
Hope this makes sense and apologies if you're already aware of this 😀
