I have suffered from severe asthma all of my nearly 25 years of life, been into hospital more than enough times, on one occasion couldn't let me go home for nearly 2 weeks because my blood pressure was way too high.
I am a personal trainer and an GP exercise referral trainer (I work with people who suffer from the likes of depression, asthma, injuries etc, as exercise does help so much)
I have also suffered from depression for a few number of years, some of it down to asthma.
Many people don't understand the severity of asthma and depending on how bad their asthma is, many people with asthma think that they cannot exercise because of their asthma. And to those who suffer from asthma and because of it have depression, I want there to be a bigger awareness. Because many see it as it "only being asthma" and I am not willing to let asthma beat me as none of us should :)!!!
Have a lovely Sunday!

Good luck I don't have the fitness ability or the confidence to do that
I struggle with my asthma when exercising and I don't enjoy exercising because of my asthma and I like badminton and exercise that doesn't effect my breathing and exercise that isn't too hard
I have stepped up my yoga routine, hoping to get running again (I don't do well running outside due to allergies and last time I ran on a running machine I fell off it)
