Have been taking antihistamine daily for a couple of years now, it must have some side effect especially in the digestion, does anybody know? I have been diagnosed with B12 deficiency and wondered if the two are related.

That's really interesting and I'd be interested to know the answer to that! I'm sorry I don't know and I have to take them regularly as well. I have terrible heartburn and take medication for that and wondered if those two are connected.

Does it mention anything about this in the leaflet enclosed with the medication?

I take two antihistamines a day and I have heartburn. However, the heartburn started before I started the daily antihistamines. The heartburn started during my second pregnancy. I was bad during my first pregnancy, but it subsided after, but it has never subsided after my second pregnancy. That was 8 years ago! I don't know of any side affects from the antihistamines. They don't seem to cause any problems. I could be wrong though.

Thank you! No, I haven't read any warnings in the side effects on the pamphlet. It may be completely unrelated. Will see what the doc says!
