Weather is improving and so am I

Hi Asthma friends

Nice walk in the vineyards above Lake Geneva.

I was sick of foggy days. Can't say it is bright every day but Friday was lovely. ●¸.•*¨Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ¨*•.¸●

I have pulmonary rehab wed and frid for an hour 11 to 12 then physiotherapy tues and thurs. It takes me a while to recover from it all. They told me to eat well and take a nap.

It all helps I suppose. Days go faster anyway ..<(*_*)>

All the American Lammies (LAM patients) talk about Juice plus..I checked on the internet totally artificial..not my cup of tea..But I suppose it is all done for you..I won't give up a good meal and a glass of wine..no way..¤¸¸.♬´¯`♬¸¸.♩..
