As well as what? If you get headaches as well as having, for example, constant low level asthma, you need to get your oxygen intake checked. It's that little grey clip they put on your finger. You may also get very tired as fighting for breath takes up a lot of energy and that can give you a headache. As always, you should get a professional answer - I'm not a medic.
