Hi all I've not got a cold and feel well in myself but over the past 2 days I'm really breathless just don't know why

And also coughing quite a lot

Hi Lyngal I'm in Lincolnshire and I know the air quality has not been that good for the past 3 weeks, but saying that why not give your doc a càll as something might be brewing  good luck ♥♥♥

Go to docs n get something incase it gets worse like starveycat says it could be something brewing. It doesn't help as the weather is up the wall at the min. Hope u r feeling better soon X take care x

Hi Lyngal, you need to go to the doctor if you are feeling breathless or the emergency if you feel poorly.

Hi for a normal exacerbation (not a chest infection) then steroids often help with the breathing and the coughing.    You need to see your doctor and ask for advice.  x
