Vitamins galore ,D E, K, B etc.

Hi, I am sorry but I haven't heard of any natural medicines that actually work. There are some supplements that people recommend but as an addition not a replacement.
I will be 70 this year. I posted an article of a hereditary Bronchial Asthma disease and suffered it as a child. I am very sorry to hear you need a natural remedy and I have innovated a one inch therapy when an almost fatal attack got me to take necessary actions when GPs and other specialist were unable to help me for over 60 years. I was free from the regular attacks and other ailments contracted through the years. I am a new person and better than I was since a very young age. I am sorry I am unable to explain the one inch therapy but it suits people of all ages. A simple yet powerful therapy with ease to perfrom.
unbelievably you lead a so healthy life and can't find a Vitamin to take care of your lungs? I do not know what to suggest...Asthma can develop at any age probably is old age try not to overdo with exercise...it may help.
No need to feel sorry. I can understand your predicament and if you have any body aches and pain exacerbated by the health problem, I do realise how frustrated you feel. The innovation was a discovery I made when suffering a near fatal bronchial asthma attack. Similar several serious attacks in the past I was within reach of medications. Though relief was temporary, it was a case of being aware when the next attack would happen. Restricted air to the lungs was a regular occurance. Aches and pain to the body tissues caused by persistent coughing caused me immense restriction to body movement. I decided enough was enough and I could not go on living and with old age, my life would one day surrender to a fatal attack. I listened to my body and made my decision to act upon the body tissues involved in the problem health area concerned. After generating several simple and easy, yet intense, activities initially on the bed in the morning. After a week with constant and consistent activities, I felt the confidence in my body rising and did not suffer any breathing attacks. Medications were reduced over time and now have little to do with medication. I named the teraphy OneInch. I searched on the internet for the main ingredient that made my body tissue flexible to an extent it toughened and altered my body physical outlook and could not find anyone in the world with the same method. It certainly helps improve and give you the confidence your body has changed its perception of feeling unhealthy. The secret of continuous happiness is - discipline, constant and consistency to perform the OneInch Therapy daily on the bed before you start your day, the body will feel confident throughout the day. I am in Portsmouth. Hampshire. United Kingdom

I am new to this forum and will like to share my experiences with asthma but wont advice anyone to really follow all am about to say or all I did as symptoms vary from person to person. It takes someone who is bold enough, positive, strong - willed to go through all I did. We have different types of inhalers by different companies and it works differently for people. I used sulbumol ( produced by evans pharmaceuticals), and ventolin (produced by GSK) and they worked perfectly especially the sulbumol which used frequently. I was introduced to various inhalers in my university days like: sulbuhaler which also worked for me, but salbair, asthmazol, seretide did not work for me. When I started using ventolin frequently, I found out that I started having trouble with all the inhalers that had worked for me earlier, I guess this happens when you depend solely on ventolin or exceed the recommended dose, it has a way of not working when you need it or shutting your system off using other inhalers - am sorry to sound this way but it's my experience and therefore my opinion. Last year November 2015 to June 2016, I couldn't use any inhaler at all as I wasn't getting a relief from it anymore, I suffered a great deal of exacerbation as a result and even passed out at a point due to not being able to breathe, during this periods, I used natural therapies - (I tried honey with ginger, didn't like it so I also tried milk with honey and onions which I used frequently, it helped me a lot but only when the attack gets very serious do I get nebulized maybe every 4/6hours and also have to take intravenous injections of aminophylline and hydrocortisone). But the greatest person any asthmatic patient can get help is from GOD, through prayers and being positive minded, I am a living testimony of the Grace and Mercy of GOD having survived near death experiences of severe exacerbation of asthma attacks but here I am today alive and counting my life in years rather than in days. Hope this little piece of advice and information helps everyone that comes across it.
I used natural therapies but that didn't mean I did not get attacks or go through pain of any sort, all these happened. Infact, the worse part is when I cough continuously, I do get the attack so I learnt to control my breathing by not panicking/getting scared, other times, I simply take a walk or even force myself to sleep or try to do something that would get my mind off the fact that I cannot breathe or am going to have an attack and I also remind myself that all is well and I wont die.
