Hi everyone, hope that your asthma is ok not playing up like mine.
To begin with I got generally too much chest pains from trying to breathe, tried all kinds of painkillers but they just make me to sleep the entire day, which is no good. My respiratory rate was 60 thats the highest so far. Don't know if anyone can beat that. If yes let me know.
what I wanted to ask is that what would you do if you had a chest pain and you could hardly breathe and cough? Just pain is the problem really after a night of asthma trouble.
