Hi Sue, Im having a lousy time - it wasn't until yesterday when I saw something about the air quality on the news that I understood why things had gone so pear shaped this week! Hopefully it will resolve soon. Are you not in the UK?

Lynda :)

hi,

i've had problems and am now on antibiotics and steroids and gp has advised me to stay in if possible

On antibiotics and pred too, symptoms have been worse when pollution has been at a higher level, worryingly it's only got to 'moderate' here so I feel for those in high pollution areas!

It's not nice. I'm on abx after an infection put me in last weekend. That coupled with the air atm means they're very unhappy. GP is happy with me managing stuff at home though thankfully, so hoping that it settles down.

Hope everyone else is ok.

??suffering

I was in London yesterday unfortunately, inhaling all the junk in the air!. We wen to the O2 last night when we arrived things that where visible to the naked eye didn't show in photos and by the time we came out all you could see looking out was red lights on buildings nothing else. Then they started crowd control measures for the station , so we got stuck outside for a while, I had my scarf wrapped right around my face and kept popping my inhaler inside it! did get a few funny looks! Bet I look odd.

Back working much nearer to home so it's dive from the house to the car. Car to office and back again. Staying inside as much as possible.

Is anyone finding it feels like the air is very dry? Even inside.

Sorry to hear you're all not too good. Hope it goes soon. Was worried about my daughter in London too -she seems to have really bad hay fever this year, but am wondering if its been made worse by the smog.

Nursefurby, I'm in Auckland, New Zealand. Emigrated from the UK about 7ish years ago.

Lungs were protesting and nebs and carbocsistine got me through as full of thick mucous.... Had plasterers in Sunday and Monday also so my lungs went happy at all....lol glynis

I'm also suffering, loads of reliever and nebs not helped either that I'm still struggling with a chest infection that I've had since January.
