Thanks for this information.

The article certainly makes interesting reading and have learnt something from it as well I had never heard of thunderstorm related asthma.

I knew that some thunderstorms can trigger asthma, I'd guessed with the change in weather, humidity etc. What I didn't know was that the convection/wind broke down the pollen and made it more allergenic and smaller so it goes deeper. Interesting.

How interesting, thanks Lou :-)

Its something to do with barometric pressure etc isn't it? Strangely I struggle more when its really muggy, but having a better evening than in a long while :-) I'm putting it down to the rain? Or *maybe* things might just be getting better ... about time *ahem* lol

Glad things are a bit better for you this evening Laura, I hope the improvement continues. Deffo about time x

I hope your lungs are behaving better than recently Asthmagirl, hugs. x

Thanks Lou, my lungs have been stroppy during the day but I have not needed medical help, thankfully, not too bad this evening.

Hope you are OK.

It would appear that being asthmatic in thunderstorms is like having a really rubbish superpower!...
