hi

can someone please help my peak flow is normally 360 but today i can just about hit 300 i have taken my ventolin a lot today and it wont budge my best ever is 460 how low can i go with getting help i have got a chesty cough with wheezyness in the morning and slight chest pain i am also type 2 diabetic

this isnt really the best place to ask how long you can wait before seeking help. As we can't see you we don't know how bad you are. Peak Flows are not a good measure for everybody, it's better to go on how much you are struggling. If in doubt it's better to seek help, either OOH, NHS direct, 111 or 999 can all give you much better advice.
