seretide doses

Hello,

I was just wondering if anyone has ever been prescribed seretide 100 2 puffs/twice daily?

It doesn't seem right to me after reading the insert and a guick google!

I used to be on seretide 250 2 puffs twice a day but at that time my asthma was classified as 'severe'.

I was started on lower doses but eventually.went to this and was on it for quite a.few years.

I guess you're on the accuhaler. I have a 500/50 2 puffs twice a day. 2 puffs twice a day on the accuhalers is not the norm, but can be done by some GPs or cons, it's normally 1 puff twice a day. 2 puffs twice a day on the evohalers is the norm though. If you're not sure about the dose you're on then phone and ask the person who prescribed it for confirmation.

My son is just over 2.5yrs old he has seretide 125 evohaler two puffs in morning, 1 puff at night. I have seretide 250 evohaler I was on two puffs twice daily but this was mostly while I was pregnant with my son I now take one puff twice daily.
