Tongue Piercing

Earlier today i had my tongue and web pierced, during the day, swelling hasn't been too bad, but the past hour my tongue has swelled and i can feel it making me struggle slightly for breathe, also has become quite painful, sucking on ice cubes doesnt help

any ideas? Should i just remove it?
