Hi, I have just started a new job working at a GP surgery, noone there is asthma trained, the nurse who used to do it left, the GPs have asked if I am interested in starting some asthma reviews (following a template) they are letting me on some study days in various aspects of asthma and I am doing loads of reading etc, will be spending days with resp nurse specialist etc, I asked about the asthma diploma, but was told the previous nurse didn't have it (probably cos it's expensive) any tips/hints etc etc please??

I will probably start to save up and see if can pay for the diploma myself, but in the meantime....
