is there a correct way in which i should dispose my empty inhalers? should i take them to the doctors and ask them to dispose of them, or is it ok to just chuck them in the bin?
Thanks

I must be honest, ive wondered if they could be recycled myself.
When we first got blue bins for recycling, the booklet put through gave a list of acceptable items.
Cant remember entire list, but it said recycle empty deodorant canisters. So i put empty inhaler can in.
After 6 moths, they sent letters round saying empty plastic milk or pop bottles only, so now i put empties in bin.
Is there a correct way to dispose of them?
Disposing inhalers!
I think you can recyle but make sure that we can>
I jsut dump mine in the bin.
We should be able to reclye the inhalers!
I read in the that steroid inhalers are to be taken back to the pharmacy, the blue ones not sure, i am collecting mine to see how many i've used since sept when all this started, is that weird ha ha xx
i just take mine to boots when i have a collection of them, they take back unwanted medicines etc for safe disposal, so i guess they can take them too. They've never complained!!
