How to act upon asthma.

Hi everyone,

This is just a general question. When you know you might have an attack (for instance you have been feeling tired and your peak flow is down and whenever this happens you have an attack), how do you act? What would be your next steps because you can't really do anything until it happens can you?

Hi Bobby,

I try and make sure I am somewhere reasonably public so that there is someone that can ring an ambulance for me if i feel I need one.

bobby do u not have a personal asthma plan that says what to do if your pf drops? i would follow that and if u haven't got one ask your asthma nurse or gp to write one for you.
