Just wondered if anyone had advice about the role of diet in asthma and whether there is any evidence that eating particular foods can alleviate symptoms or improve things? I have read stuff online about foods with ‘anti-inflammatory’ properties but I’m not sure how much of this is backed up by evidence. Any advice would be appreciated! Also wondered whether taking particular vitamins as supplements can help?
