Hi hope your asthma is controlled, This is a very useful site and I hope you look to the site for info and reassurance as I have found there are many here which have suffered severely with their asthma and have good and helpful experiance with dealing with it. One important thing to remember is Dont Panic when asthma flairs up, there are plenty of people here to help
