Honey

Morning hope all feeling good today, I have read somewhere that if you use honey that is local to your area it relieves hay fever quite a lot, as the honey is made from the pollen in your area that gives you the hay fever, sounds as though it makes sense, i will give it a go, i use honey in nearly everything, but i have always brought it without thinking if its local, my allotment rep has bees and produces honey, expensive i know but could be worth it i will let you know results, xx

My partner who has really really bad hay-fever was told the same, but unfortunately she hates honey so has been unable to test the theory further!
