confirmed today i have asthma after all this time seems weird to hear it said, so what now, trial and error and a lot of hard work i'm told, such an unfair illness, to have a name put to how i've felt for the past 4 months mmm releif to actually know, in a way yes, cross so much time yes, selfish yes, but also very lucky, i was looking at copd, lung disease, and even crossed my mind cancer, so many emotions, is it now i get all the rubbish from others, i know what i say to them, go look on the asthma website and read for yourself, My time to take care of myself, be positive, happy, silly, and big hugs to all you guys for being here when we need each other. love julia xx

Julia, glad you got confirmation & it is understandable that lots of other things were going through your mind. I got my appt in the post today for next Weds at the hospital to see why my asthma has gone out of control. I am scared but like you I need answers. Take care hun.

HI I KNOW ITS SCARY WHEN TOLD BUT THINK POSITIVE AND WILL BE OK .

ALSO JUST A TIP BEST IF STICK TO ONE DOCTOR IF CAN SO THEY GET TO KNOW WHAT YOUR LIKE WITH YOUR MEDICATION AND YOU CAN GET A BOND SO EASIER TO TALK IF PROBLEMS IF NOT GOING WELL WHICH TOUCH WOOD WONT BE OFTEN.
