I have definitely felt very wobbly walking when my asthma was bad before. OH said he could tell I was bad because I kept leaning on things when I was standing still.

I really think that if you are getting that little sleep you shouldn't be at work, as it will only make your asthma worse. If you stay at home, you can try to get some more rest during the day. I completely understand the worry about having time off work and how guilty you feel when off sick, but you clearly need some time to get your asthma more under control.

Sorry your poorly but this problems needs to be addressed by a dr.... As stated by the guidelines you shouldn't seek medical advice on this forum .. Many things could be the cause and without a physical examination it would be foolish to suggest a cause ... I do hope you see someone urgently and feel better soon

Not seeking medical advice

Hi Gussypoo,

I wasn't looking for medical advice, just wasn't sure it was due to lack of sleep or my asthma that's all.

I have got an appointment to see my GP tomorrow

Sorry to say but you are asking if it's related to your asthma or due to being tired..seeking answers and clarification..... That actually makes it medical question... As only a dr would be able to answer your question after a physical assessment....

Ok everyone, it's late, will have a proper read in the morning. Hope we all manage some sleep and things pickup soon. Please take care all and as already said, please see a GP or other healthcare professional where necessary.

It is obvious that I've caused quite an issue by this posted message with some people on this forum and I can only apologise for that, what more can I do, I did remove the content of my post so that it does not upset anymore people, I think that the best thing I can do is not to post anymore messages on this forum, that way I will not be upsetting other users.

Good bye

You didnt offend me or upset me .... But as a user of the forum we do have to cooperate with the guidelines of the forum and that was all I was questioning . I was concerned about your well being and did recommend you see a dr .
