I've noticed a bit that people have mentioned stress and how it can effect Asthma.
So, how do you all de-stress when things are tough?
Personally, TV is great!

I read and listen to the radio or CDs ifI can't get out. Strangely enough, I love to drive so if I'm ok to be out and about I just get into the car and pootle around for a while.
Best of all, though, I spend time with my grandchildren. Once you're sitting on the floor playing snap or building something or reading books (Not Now Bernard is favourite at the moment) you don't have time to be stressed. If not up to sitting on the floor, I stay in my chair looking pathetic and get lots of cuddles, more reading and looking at the dinosaurs on my Blackberry. It's absolutely guaranteed to sort me out.
Stretching and yoga - I just follow a dvd of it occasionally and always feel better after!
