powerbreathe

Just been looking at the 'powerbreathe' website - they claim to improve breathing and reckon they are good for asthma sufferers - has anyone here used on of them - if so, was it effective? Would love to know before I invest in one.

Hello,

I haven't used one personally as I've been told you need to have a pretty okish lung function to use one and it just wouldn't be right for me. I know my respiratory nurse gives them out on a regular basis. I'm sure if you asked you asthma nurse she'd tell you if your clinic could fund one for you also you would be best to ask if she thought a powerbreathe was suitable for you.
