Question 9 and one other question were blank, but the other 48 questions were okay, so I just sent it back without the two nonfunctioning questions!

(for those wondering, it's the side effects survey, link from auk homepage).

I assume it's the same for everyone so they will have some missing data!

The part your talking about arn't questions there there explaining the next set of questions coming up. Page 9 isn't a question its instructions. hope this help

I just took the survey, its the same survey that comes with the asthma magazine so I dont need to fill that one in now yay!

I don't think I should complete it - I may skew the results slightly. ""I adjust my steroid dose myself"" - well, yes, I do; ""How much information do you know about side effects?"" - um, well.....

I dunno Cathy I answered I adjust my own dose and I know the all the side effects even the ones the little green aliens don't tell you about...

Yes, I also adjust my inhaled & oral steroids too! But I did pop a note about it in the blank spaces that I am alowed to.

I did 't knotice a blank question...............??? Or is that just on the web site?
