Just a quick one!!

When I check my PF's first thing in morn and last thing at night, they're nearly always in the 510-550 area, it only ever drops & I get symptoms during the day. It can be 420-440 with the elephant on my chest most of the day but be back up at bedtime.

What's going on?!?! Any ideas?!?!

Think I would keep a record what you come across on a daily bassis then

see if one is a triger,

Love Glynis x

Thanks Glynis, Yeah I did think it might be the dog, he doesn't go in the bedroom so might explain why I'm ok first thing in the morning. But then I have trouble when at work too, and obviously the dogs not there. All very complicated!!

Are there any pollens/allergens etc which are more 'active' during the day?
