Just a quick question really. Most of the action plans I've found online have been for people not on things like nebs and multiple asthma meds so it's impossible to find one to suit the more severe end. Short of making my own, has anyone any suggestions?
Made my own based on the traffic light system................
Action Plans
All my action plans have been written together with a health professional ie asthma nurse, senior respiratory nurse or consultant. My latest plan was draw up with the consultant includes use of inhalers, pred and nebs and the peak flow level when each are introduced or when doses can be reduced. It also gives very clear guidance on when to seek urgent medical attention. I hope this helps.
