Acapella

Helllllo!

Has anyone any experience of the acapella device? My physio has ordered one for me and I'm curious as to how others have found it help them with chestiness etc?

I haven't had experience personally, but last time I was in hospital, the lady in the next bed had one and constantly talked about how amazing it was! Hope you find it helpful

I have an acapella!! i use it twice a-day for my physio and its really good! and you can lie down in different positions while your getting percussion chest pysio too - so you get the airway vibrations and the chest patting. I hope it helps you as much as it helps me!!

What is an acapella?

Is it like one of those flutter things that help you cough up nasty stuff to help keep chest clear? Or is it totally different?
