Found it, read it to a friend reduced her to puddles.
Thanks, that really makes sense (I'm in bed, having used too many spoons shopping!!!).
This is such a good read - I may well use this when explaining how asthma affects my life. I will forward it to my other ""lungnette"" friends. I have had similar experiences with friends & distant family I've known since childhood not ""getting"" how tough it is for me. Sometimes when I'm having a bad time, and to distract myself whilst on my neb, I think of silly analagies about living with asthma. Luckily I have more spoons than yesterday. Is that light at the end of the tunnel? No, it's a giant spoon and it's coming to get me...aaaagh SPLAT!!!
Can someone pass me a spare spoon please? I seemed to run out on Sunday night.
