Everyones protocol for home nebulisers is different. No body here can tell you how long is safe to stay at home as none of us can see into future. The fact you are asking here means you must be concerned so please ring gp or go hospital for check.

Sorry you are feeling still feeling rough, but I am afraid none of us can or should attempt to answer your question. This is not what this site is for; we cannot possibly safely advise you on whether you should be in hospital and you should not be asking us to do so. As Julie says, everyone is different and without seeing you and knowing your whole medical history it is not possible to offer safe advice.

I will say that from the symptoms, peak flows and level of exercise tolerance you describe, I would have thought that you should indeed be going back to hospital, at least for assessment.

If at any stage you have concerns such as these your immediate port of call should always be your doctor, not a website.
