mouth problem

Since been on asthma inhaylers have noticed my mouth is constantly dry,also horrible metal type taste and gone off food compleatly.If anyone has any info that will help please reply xxx

can be a common symptom of the dry powder inhalers (easyhaler), but do recall a similar thing myslef with the serevent. Found using a volumatic spacer helped with that and sore throats.

Use a mouth wash, and always have a drink after your inhalers or clean your teeth straight after. If it doesnt go, go and see your GP as it could be oral thrust.

I had the same problem and both my Doctor and Dentist recommended the following: -

Clean my teeth then rinse my mouth with ""Listerine Antibacterial Mouthwash""

...In twelve years I've had no further trouble.

Aerochamber then rinse mouth and brush teeth immediately afterwards.

That's my asthma nurse's recommendation.
