Hi Lyndsey and Fluffyfairy

I have had a tight chest all day today. It was a bit iffy yesterday too. I foolishly took some anti-inflamatories for my arthritis on Sunday night, as I could'nt bear the pain in my feet and I wondered if that had started me off on the slippery slope. I have also been in London today and spent 5 hours in total on the train, which didn't help as I think the air conditioning triggers my asthma too. What delicate little flowers we are.

I saw my practice nurse this afternoon but she won't do anything as I'm seeing the chest consultant in August. I told her that my pf was dipping at 240 - normally 350-370.

you poor thing, the waether yuk at present,

have just started on singular and i do not think , my chest likes it or the rest of me,

so it could be off to the doctors again
