Some interesting stuff but a few inaccuracies and one thing that really worried me: they recommended that asthmatics take St John's Wort for allergies, but they failed to mention that it interacts with aminophylline/theophylline, which a lot of severe asthmatics will be on.
Please talk to your doctor before starting any new medication, including alternative or complementary therapies! Dramatic changes in diet can also affect your theophylline levels.
Sorry to be a nag!
Take care

I found this really interesting as I'm doing a lot of reading around diet and asthma at the moment. Reading through though it appears full of inconsistancies, on page 1 the author recommends eating less dairy, nuts and seeds, yet on page 8 they're listed under foods that fight asthma. I think I'll only be using it as a prompt to search for more information.
A word of caution - be careful, this fact sheet is clearly not written by an allergist. In my opinion there are too many glaring errors and inconsistencies.
