Had to laugh at myself today!!!!

I was in town and due to stroppy lungs was walking quite slowly. Hadn't realised hiw slowly until a lovely old lady with a walking stick overtook me!!!!

awww poor you but at least you can laugh at yourself

you just reminded me of when my car was playing silly games and kept cutting out - i finally went back to the garage and demanded help when i realised i was scared to overtake a learner doing about 25mph on a 40 road for fear of my car having a strop

oh no :( I've had those moments - in my slow, no-meds phase I remember trying to overtake old ladies with sticks out of habit then realising I was just blocking the pavement as I couldn't move quickly enough to pass them!

It's always depressing though, if darkly amusing. You have to hope we get a second wind and when we're 80 will be super-grannies charging around lol.
