Blue Jam LOL! - cheap fishfingers are probably made from a variety of white fish such as Pollack and Coley etc. (both just as nice a cod) mixed up with whatever filler they add.

Any fish that has a specific logo on - a Blue oval shape with a white swish and Marine Stewardship Council on is OK
