Steam

Spent a great time on the platform at Glasgow Central Station last night. Admiring two huge steam engines that had hauled a very long train from Stranraer. Many photos taken up close. No effect on my asthma from fumes. Unlike diesel trains. Putting in my vote to bring back steam trains!

I had a lovely ride on the Flying Scotsman for my 50th birthday. It was a surprise & it was the best birthday surprise I could ever have had.

I wish they'd come back too.
