I will get shot for this as I know he is popular with a lot of ladies on the site,but after watching the advert for his new CD,it sounds like a load of middle of the road tosh-there ,Ive said it !

Have to agree with Bluejam on this one, apart from the single written by Gary Barlow from Take That which is quite nice, I wouldn't waste my pennies on this cd either because its just another one of those albums produced purely to cash in on xmas.

Think JB has a lovely voice and would like to hear more original material, JB also good looking but sadly batting for the guys. But who am I kidding, even if he was into the ladies I wouldn't stand a chance.

I must massively disagree with the suggestion that this album was ""produced purely to cash in on xmas"" - it's not remotely Christmas-related, and was released pretty much exactly one year after his first album. Most one-album-a-year artists will release their work in November; Christmas is the best time of the year to sell albums, but that's not the artist's fault!

Bluejam - if we all liked the same music, the world would be a very dull place!

John Barrowman has put out an album that will appeal to people who like him and the stuff he does - including me. He is an incredible entertainer. Saw him live earlier in the year and it was one of the best concerts I have seen. A very talented singer but incredibly funny as well - already got my tickets for next years tour and can't wait

And in a horrible twist of irony I am now going to have to fork out £9 of my own money because my sister wants me to buy it for her !!-so,now having a financial interest in Barrowmans musical career (and that wouldnt influence anyones opinion would it ???????????), I can still say its utter guff ,and not even original guff .

My local HMV assistant though I was going mad ..a few days earlier I was buying Cds from Burial, Bloc Party and Soundgarden and now I was buying Boyzone,Take That and Barrowman, God (or whatever) hates me !!

how very rude!! Im glad the boys are back with some new tracks! Loving it! It would be a very very dull planet if everybody liked the same things! I personally like any music from heavy metal and rock music to classical and folk and everything inbetween! Diversity is a good thing!

Cute Barrowman might be, but his music is still tosh. Anyone heard the latest AC/DC album, now that is good.
