Hi jill,

I would take a trip to the drs to be safe. I'm 16 and whenever I catch a cold or anything I have to sit on my nebuliser a lot and get a course of steroids. Even if it is the effects of the cold you should take her-I've ended up in hospital endless times because of colds.

All the best

Hi Jill

I think a trip to your Doc is a must. It sounds like your daughter's asthma is not properly controlled at the moment. Like Claire said your daughter probably needs steroids and/or an antibiotic to clear her chest. I know with my 7yr old son whenever he has a cold he starts to cough after a few days and we up his steroid inhaler and ventolin just stop him getting too bad Hope your daughter gets better soon. xxx
