~Severe intermittent asthma??~
Interesting question. In what kind of context are you asking your question? I suppose Type 1 Brittle asthma could fit this description - sudden, severe and lfe-threatening attacks on the background of usual good control and good health.
Cathbear, I thought type one brittle is the chronic one where as type 2 is the sudden severe attacks after apparent good health??

Oooopsie - you are quite right.
Blame the long morning surgery
I thought that when I read it earlier but decided Cath must be right - invigilating addles your brain too!
Never, EVER assume I am right about anything if you think I am wrong....I am occasionally known to have woggly moments. As demostrated. Just occasionally
Oh no, I thought you were always right...!
(Crawls off looking disappointed)
Blimey. That's what I tell Steve, but I don't know where *you* got that idea from!!
severe asthma
my son is 4 and has been on steroids for a week and and following that was on antibiotics .now hes not so wheezy, until he walks a slight distance or plays for a while .then he coughs so much that it brings on an asthma attack.i presume this is what u mean by severe intermitterment asthma.so in my mind it does exist.
