Hey,

A peak flow meter is a tube that you blow into that measures how much air you can blow out of your lungs. If it goes down it generally means your asthma is getting worse. It goes from 60-800.

it's not that accurate though. I've noticed I can get different values depending on how I blow. If I use just the chest I get a low reading, but using the abdomen, I get a high reading, and combining both abdomen and chest I get a lowish reading again. Which is the correct way to breath out?
