Resource advice?

I'm wondering if anyone can recommend any resources (books or something) for strategies to handle episodes or 'moments' caused by being overwhelmed or how to manage stress better on your own. Thank you

I was given the book 'Asperger syndrome and anxiety, a guide to successful stress management' by Nick Dubin, some time ago. It gave me a real insight into how stress and aspergers are linked, and has a lot of advice on how to deal with stress. I found it helpful, and I've been meaning to read it again. Wish I'd read it years ago.

I find the Curly Hair Project good for help and advice. Alis Rowe, the original Girl with the Curly Hair, writes several books about Autism/Aspergers. Asperger's Syndrome and Anxiety: by the girl with the curly hair (Alis Rowe) could be helpful for you.
