I get the same thing down my right thigh. I’ve been told it’s the sciatica nerve that’s being pinched. That’s why the burning sensation you’re feeling is happening. I have osteoarthritis in my spine that’s why I feel it when I do. I feel it every so often when my lower part of my spine really hurts. But my osteoarthritis is all down my spine now from the cervical to the lumbar area.
