I just spent a considerable amount of time updating my profile which would not save. Do not want to start again. Must say it was very annoying.

Someone else had the same problem, it was suggested it is best to do it in a word-processor like Word, save it there and copy and paste to your profile.
At least that way you won't lose it all.
