Why do they call this remission?

After five months I am responding to MTX injections. I have now also completed my fourth Humira injection. I still feel exhausted, and continue to have significant pain in wrists, knees and hip Surgery! I still have constant nausea and headaches. If this is as good as it gets I am in serious trouble. Any of you in a simulated position?
